3.3. ensure a secure system for the protection of personal data processing, adequate security and confidentiality of personal data, including preventing unauthorised access to or use of personal data and unauthorised access to technical resources used for the processing of personal data;
3.4. HerTake regularly reviews and, where necessary, improves the personal data protection measures in place to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, and other threats.

6. HerTake obtains your personal data from you when you submit it directly to HerTake by registering for HerTake database team.itshertake.com, agreeing to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data. HerTake does not obtain your personal data from other sources or in any other way.

In accordance with this privacy policy, HerTake processes the following personal data: your identifiers – name, surname; your contact details – telephone number and e-mail address; birth data, country, e-mail address, height, your position as a basketball player, social media information, other personal data that you directly provide to HerTake in connection with your registration and consent.
8. HerTake processes your personal data if it has received your consent, as well as, by a matter of exception, in other cases where regulatory enactments allow it without your consent, including for HerTake to comply with an obligation imposed by regulatory enactments, such as a request by a public authority, to protect HerTake’s legitimate interests, such as to communicate with you if you contact HerTake with a complaint etc.
III. Personal Data collection purposes
9. HerTake processes your personal data solely for the purpose of ensuring the functionality and improvement of the services offered by the database, for which you have signed up in accordance with the purpose of these activities and to ensure the lawful processing of your personal data.

You can delete some of the information yourself by logging into your HerTake Account. You can also request the deletion of specific data or all of your data by writing to us to us or to the Data Protection Officer.

Please note: if you request that we restrict processing of your personal data, this could affect your participation or ability to effectively use HerTake database.
